The APTS Philosophy

cycle_thumb

Aerobic Power Training Systems is based on this simple principle: in all endurance sports, the faster you wish to perform a given amount of work, the more power you will need to produce to do so.

The foundation of the APTS approach is supported by the research of Dr. Jon McGavock and reading his article, Aerobic Power and the APTS Philosophy is a great way to understand our methods and mindset.

Testimonials

"The approach is what I would call 'metric', trying to get the best results out of the least training, so all workouts are planned and recorded and there is a fair bit of discussion between Kevin and each individual athlete although there are many people in the program."
