Join Aerobic Power's yoga Guru Sandy Ayre for another terric workshop.
 
The first is on Saturday May 15th at Lotus Soul Gym in St. Albert from 4-7pm.  
The second is at Lotus Soul Gym Downtown on  Sunday June 6th from 5:30-8:30pm.   
This is the time of year to develop some good stretching habits, and learn some techniques to improve your season of riding. I look forward to seeing you there!
