Phase 1 straightended out the body after last years training and racing. Phase 2 got more dynamic with the core and balance and stability progressions. Phase 3 spends some time using larger loads and full body movements to develop some raw strength.

"I wanted to thank my APTS coaches for contributing to my recent success in the Boston Marathon where I ran a PB of 3 hours and 41 minutes. Since joining APTS I have taken 26 minutes off my marathon time while decreasing my number of runs per week. I am a believer and proof that your training plan really works. I am now dedicated to my 3 specific training runs (Tempo, Track & long run) with supplementation of a bike work out or recovery run.
