Aerobic Power Track Workout NEWS!!

Starting Wednesday May 5th Aerobic Power Track Sessions will take place at Foote Field Track beside the Saville Center. Warm Up begins at 6:15 am sharp and the main workout commences at ~ 6:35am.
Track Sessions are 1 hour in duration and all levels are welcome.
NOTE: There will not be any Tuesday session through the spring and summer.
