Still Some Big Running Going On!!
With many just warming up their engines again there are still a few APTS'rs working on their big 09 run goals. Lori Taskey, Mia Clark, and Jill Footz, Tom Lumsden, and Mike Hobart are heading to Sacremento. Andy Trevoy is going to Hawaii and Brian Stewart is targeting Vegas. Otherwise known as the Horizantal Everest this group has been training very hard and will all be achieving their personal goals.

Another good luck shout out to Brian Torrance who will be competing in the AGSI Canadian Cross Country Championships tomorrow in Guelph.

Just to add to Kev's comments about the team training hard. I recently caught Mia and Lori doing some secret workouts around the Ledge and they looked very fit.
A few more. Shauna Finlay is running Tucson and Mike Hobart fighting some injuries is taking on Sacremento. Good luck to all......please give us updates and race reports as soon as you can.
