When is the 6 minute test?

I know we have had many die hard athletes begging for another 6 minute test but the update is that we are going to hold off till January. The january date allows us to get two good quality months of track work under our belts before we hit the excitement of the 6 min test. The point of this time of year is to get back to feeling comfortable on the indoor track. Tight corners, a "hard" surface at Kinsmen, and faster speeds is something that we need to get used to. The indoor track is not something that we can just jump on and benefit from in week one on the track. We will have a slow build and after 4-6 sessions on the track things will feel a lot more comfortable.

yep, last Tuesday hurt a little and the corners take getting used to. For me, the pacing reinforces the importance of starting conservatively and building...should help for Vegas. Thx Brian!
