September is a month for transition and an awakening from the lazy days of summer. It's a time when many of our members return to the gym after a season of outdoor sports or renew their appetite for fitness when the new school year creates some much-needed 'me time.' Whatever your reason for stepping back through the doors of Iron, welcome home!

We're kicking off fall with an intense infusion of bootcamp classes, race training, and CrossFit madness. From intro to hard-core fitness to high-intensity interval training classes, Iron has a class with your name all over it. This is your training center. How will you use your membership this month?

Advanced Fitness 

Have you been working out regularly, but are growing frustrated with your progress? We can help! Iron has a variety of workshops that will help you hone in on an effective fitness routine with the camaraderie of a supportive group of peers and coaches. Choose from Bootcamp, CrossFit, and High Intensity Interval Training. All of these programs are created for members with some fitness background who are interested in taking things to the next level.

9/11-10/16 HIIT Sun at 7:30
9/12-10/21 Couch to 5K Mon at 8

Members of our ongoing group exercise programs are granted exclusive access to the group training area, a monthly appointment with a nutrition specialist, and incredible discounts on products in the store.
