Yoga for Cyclists

Aerobic Power athletes finished 2009 with a new appreciation for increased Range of Motion. Retired elite mountain bike racer and current yoga instructor  provided athletes with an introduction to her new program beginning in January 2010. Sandy Ayre has united her racing experiences with her yoga practice to develop a holistic, specialized class for the overworked endurance athlete.
