Swim Training

Read MoreThe great thing about APTS swim training is that the coach to athlete ratio is very low and therefore each athlete receives more attention from the coach. The first part of the program will focus on technique, and will progress to increase your swim conditioning and endurance as you get closer to race season.

These cycling workouts are geared toward those looking to increase their speed and power on the bike, whether it is for touring, road racing or triathlons. Even in our group workouts we take the time to perform the necessary tests that ensure each athlete’s workout is designed appropriately for them.

Weekly track sessions are offered to those wanting to work on improving their speed. In addition to this track workout, you may also want to join the APTS group on their Saturday long runs.

Group Weight Training

Whether it is to fix up last year's injuries or to build some power, our off season training program will strengthen your performance for the upcoming season. Your program will be appropriately designed relative to the time of season you are in, and more importantly, have you ready for your big race (strong, fast and injury free).

Group Weight Training Sessions (up to 6 athletes)

$160 / month (2 workout per week)

$100 / month (1 workout per week)

Payment Policy

Preferred Option: Aerobic Power uses Electronic Funds Transfer in order to collect athlete’s monthly payments. A void cheque will be required when registering for any Aerobic Power training programs. Print out the registration form (.pdf)

Option 2: Three Post Dated Cheques upon initial registration and then the maintenance of three post dated cheques.

A charge of $25.00 will be applied for NSF payments charged to the current month’s fees.

Notice must be given by the 25th of the current month in order for any price adjustments or cancellations to be made for the next month program registration.
