Swim Training

Read MoreThe great thing about APTS swim training is that the coach to athlete ratio is very low and therefore each athlete receives more attention from the coach. The first part of the program will focus on technique, and will progress to increase your swim conditioning and endurance as you get closer to race season.

Indoor Coached Bike Training - November 2011 - May 2012

Join Aerobic Power athletes and coaches on Sunday mornings for a progressively designed bike training plan that will take you from improving your pedaling efficiency to increasing speed and power development. Whether it is for touring, road racing or triathlons there is something for all levels and types of riding goals.

Weekly track sessions are offered to those wanting to work on improving their run technique, specific run strength and speed.

Whether it is to fix up last year's injuries or to build some power, our off season training program will strengthen your performance for the upcoming season. Your program will be appropriately designed relative to the time of season you are in, and more importantly, have you ready for your big race (strong, fast and injury free).

Group Weight Training Sessions (up to 6 athletes)

Payment Policy

Preferred Option: Aerobic Power uses Electronic Funds Transfer in order to collect athlete’s monthly payments. A void cheque will be required when registering for any Aerobic Power training programs. Print out the registration form (.pdf)

Option 2: Three Post Dated Cheques upon initial registration and then the maintenance of three post dated cheques.

A charge of $25.00 will be applied for NSF payments charged to the current month’s fees.

Notice must be given by the 25th of the current month in order for any price adjustments or cancellations to be made for the next month program registration.
