PLATINUM ONLINE TRAINING

The Platinum is for the athlete looking for everything in the Premium plus a higher level of feedback and support by increased correspondence and workout data analysis. Athletes must provide daily to weekly uploaded bike power meter and run training data.


Program Includes:

  • Initial Testing

  • Individual program development

  • Daily workouts provide via Premium Training Peaks

  • Daily program adjustments

  • Unlimited emails to/from the coaching staff

  • Monthly 1 on 1 meeting

  • Bike/run data analysis
  • Free follow up testing every 8 weeks

        


 

PREMIUM ONLINE TRAINING

The Premium is for the athlete who is looking for an Individualized training plan that will guide them to their season’s goals by providing the athlete’s day to day workout details. The athlete’s training plan is built around their current training level determined from initial testing, the athlete’s short and long term goals, experience, and most importantly, their life schedule.

  • Initial Testing

  • Individual program development

  • Daily workouts provide via Premium Training Peaks

  • Weekly  program adjustments

  • Weekly emails to/from the coaching staff

  • 10% off follow up testing
