Still Racing !

Climate change brought hot results for Annett Kamenz and Jason Yohemas at Ironman Cozumel.

Annett continues to move up the pro ranks finishing with an impressive 6 th place and a big PR of 12 minutes, 9 hours and 59 minutes. Breaking the 10 hour barrier is a nice break through. Jason had an equally great day finishing in 11:19 placing him 33rd out of 220 in the 40-44 category.

Margie Ritchie, who never seems to let up dropped her 1/2 marathon time to 1:29 finishing as first female at the Calgary Last Chance Marathon.   Following that up Margie finished 3rd in the 79 mile category at the El Tour de Tuscon Bike Race.

Good Luck to those competing this weekend and next at Vegas, Sacremento, Hawaii, and Tuscon.

What a Result!

Testimonials

"I've had an entirely full season of bike racing. There hasn't been one race I have not been prepared for physically. The specificity of training has kept me in form for every race situation and discipline: road, criterium, and time trial."

APTS has prepaired me enough to move up an entire category within 3 months, and you know what? No injuries! I've definitely made a smart choice."
