Aerobic Power athletes successful all over the World. Athletes competing in Australia, Hawaii, Chicago, and British Columbia, bringing home gold and lots of PR's! Margie Ritchie wins TWO GOLD MEDALS, at the World Triathlon  Championships and the World Duathlon Championships.

Into October results from Thanks Thanksgiving races were simply Awesome! 

Teann Dhariwal took 10 minutes off of her 1/2 marathon  with a sub 1:30 performance in Kelowna. Also in Kelowna Candice Tipton battled hard for a trip to Boston running a 3:38. Jason Yohemas dropped his marathon time to 3:28 and over in Victoria Brian Stewart bettered his run goal of 1:31 by running  1:28.

In beautiful Hawaii Patti Irving had the experience of a lifetime with her first trip to Hawaii, I am sure it wont be her last.

Aerobic Power coaches were no slouches either. Jason Kincaid only slowed by 8 minutes post Ironman Canada completing the Hawaii World Championships in a time of 10:18 and his 3rd IM in 15 weeks (not normally recommended)

Marc and Kevin pushed each other through the Chicago marathon dropping 3 minutes and 6 minutes off of previous marathon times completing it in 2:44. Eight weeks earlier Marc had already taken 7 minutes off of his marathon time at the Edmonton marathon.
