Aerobic Power offers comprehensive coaching services: from single to multisport endurance training.

Check out our huge range of programs for the athlete who is either just looking at a year to maintain some fitness and maybe sharpen their skills, all the way up to the elites requiring daily multiple workouts.

Custom Fit Boot Camp

Kevin Masters, Head Coach of Aerobic Power Training Systems, is now offering an all new outdoor training program: The Custom Fit Boot Camp. This training program is built around 4 Week Training Blocks with the idea of providing participants the experience of all components of a complete athletic training program.

This holistic design also ensures that participants gain a wide variety of workout experiences with exercises and training equipment from week to week. All levels of fitness are welcome as the program will be designed with varying levels of intensity within each workout.

SESSION 1: Jun 2 to 30 OMIT Jun 7

SESSION 2: July 5 to 28

SESSION 3: Aug 4 to 30

SESSION 4: Sept 1 to 29 OMIT Sept 6

WHEN: Mondays & Wednesdays 4 Weeks 8 Workouts per Month 6 am to 7am

LOCATION: Haddow Park

Week 1: Endurance Training
Week 2: Strength Training
Week 3: Power
Week 4: Plyometrics & Agility

Pre Registration Required, Cost:$126.00 per Month (GST included) (program requires a minimum of 8 participants)

Payment Policy

Preferred Option: Aerobic Power uses Electronic Funds Transfer in order to collect athlete’s monthly payments. A void cheque will be required when registering for any Aerobic Power training programs. Print out the registration form (.pdf)

Option 2: Three Post Dated Cheques upon initial registration and then the maintenance of three post dated cheques.

A charge of $25.00 will be applied for NSF payments charged to the current month’s fees.

Notice must be given by the 25th of the current month in order for any price adjustments or cancellations to be made for the next month program registration.
