Aerobic Power offers comprehensive coaching services: from single to multisport endurance training.

Check out our huge range of programs for the athlete who is either just looking at a year to maintain some fitness and maybe sharpen their skills, all the way up to the elites requiring daily multiple workouts.

Computrainer Cycling Training

These semi private individualized bike workouts will allow you to become a stronger rider and a more efficient cyclist. It won’t take long to see the benefits of the great features offered by Computrainer. Riding on the Computrainer will take the monotony out of riding indoors and provide new levels of motivation by being able to ride on actual race courses, and duplicate Time Trial Tests throughout your indoor season. Through on site coaching and detailed Computrainer feedback each athlete is able to complete the most individualized and qualitative workouts on a weekly basis.

Whether it is to fix up last year's injuries or to build some power, our off season training program will strengthen your performance for the upcoming season. Your program will be appropriately designed relative to the time of season you are in, and more importantly, have you ready for your big race (strong, fast and injury free).

Group Weight Training Sessions (up to 6 athletes)

1-on-1 Sport Specific Strength Training

Whether it is to fix up last year's injuries or to build some power, our off season training program will strengthen your performance for the upcoming season. You will begin with a full Kinetic Chain Assessment allowing a program to be designed suited to your own imbalances and weaknesses. Your program will be appropriately designed relative to the time of season you are in, and more importantly, have you ready for your big race (strong, fast and injury free).

1 on 1 Sport Specific Strength Training

$85 per session

$75 / session when 6 are purchased

$70 / session when 12 or more are purchased

Payment Policy

Preferred Option: Aerobic Power uses Electronic Funds Transfer in order to collect athlete’s monthly payments. A void cheque will be required when registering for any Aerobic Power training programs. Print out the registration form (.pdf)

Option 2: Three Post Dated Cheques upon initial registration and then the maintenance of three post dated cheques.

A charge of $25.00 will be applied for NSF payments charged to the current month’s fees.

Notice must be given by the 25th of the current month in order for any price adjustments or cancellations to be made for the next month program registration.
