Aerobic Power's 'Livin the Dream' Training Camp Series
Aerobic Power's three big camps are set. We hope you can join Aerobic Power and Train in Spain for a fabulous triathlon training experience in beautiful Mallorca, Spain in April 2010. In May we are offering our 7th year of 'Livin the Dream' Training Camps in Penticton. We will then be back in Penticton in July for the Endorphine Daze Ironman Canada Preparation Camp. For the first time we are also offering a great combo deal for athletes that register for both camps in Penticton.

AEROBIC POWER'S ANNUAL 'Livin the Dream' MAY PENTICTON TRAINING CAMP
Enjoy a week of triathlon training in beautiful Penticton May 22-29th, 2010.
Swim, Bike, and Run in Canada’s Triathlon Mecca with a professional coaching staff offering expertise in all 3 disciplines. This camp is open to triathletes and cyclists alike as we make up for January, February and March by making cycling a priority over this week.
2010 Camp Includes:
Group Rides
Rides will range from 3 hours to 5 hours. There will be a minimum of three different level ride groups, each with their own experienced coach. The much anticipated Ironman Course ride day will be vehicle supported and distance will be matched with riding ability.
Yoga: 2 yoga classes specifically designed with the endurance athlete in mind.
Education: Seminars throughout the week on the latest in training and nutrition strategies.
Open Water Swims: Instruction on how to handle your open water swims and then put it to the test.
Kick Off Dinner: Introduction to Coaches and fellow athletes.
Run Video Feedback and Technical Run Skill Session: The technical part of running is just as important as it is in swimming and biking. Learn the technical progression of run skills and exercises designed to make you a more efficient runner. Receive video feedback of you in action during the Peach City 10 km.
Accommodation:
The camp will take place at the beautiful Riverside Motel right on Lakeshore Drive. You will receive a great room rate of $89.99 plus taxes that can be split amongst the number of people in your room.

ENDORPHINE DAZE IRONMAN PREP CAMP: JULY 11-16, 2010
July is a great time in your training schedule to swim, bike, and run the infamous Ironman Canada Course. We will also provide you with an Endurance nutrition lecture skills clinics for the swim, bike and run and race plans for the big day. Our goal is to prepare you to have a great Ironman 2010!

Preferred Option: Aerobic Power uses Electronic Funds Transfer in order to collect athlete’s monthly payments. A void cheque will be required when registering for any Aerobic Power training programs. Print out the registration form (.pdf) Option 2: Three Post Dated Cheques upon initial registration and then the maintenance of three post dated cheques. A charge of $25.00 will be applied for NSF payments charged to the current month’s fees. Notice must be given by the 25th of the current month in order for any price adjustments or cancellations to be made for the next month program registration. |
"Livin' the Dream” is the experience the coaches at APTS want you to have at any one of their “Livin 'the Dream” training camps. Our team has been providing this experience for endurance athletes for six years, going international over the last two years.
