Triathlon Training

APTS offers a variety of individualized training programs tailored to meet your goals in the sport of triathlon. From beginners to professionals, our programs offer specialized individual and group swim, cycle, and run training sessions, in addition to other great features, including weight training sessions, lactate testing and plyometric training.

Individualized monthly training programs integrate it all specific to your current level of fitness and goals for next season. APTS programs are run at Edmonton's premier training studio, Custom Fit.

Duathlon Training

Not too keen on swimming but love to bike and run? If so, then the duathlon packages offered by APTS might suit you best. The same individualized approach to training we provide to those training for a triathlon is available to individuals interested in cycling and running. Individualized monthly programs, weekly group training sessions and various fitness tests tailored to your racing goals is being offered to duathletes by APTS this season. You now have the opportunity to take advantage of all of the special features offered by APTS without even having to don a Speedo.

Cycling Training

The cycling programs are geared toward those looking to increase their speed and power on the bike, whether it is for road racing, off-road cycling or triathlon racing. We are happy to offer fitness testing and semi private Computrainer training sessions tailored to each athletes goals and current level of fitness. Whether you are just starting out in the sport or a seasoned veteran, group cycling workouts offered during the winter will help break up the monotony of indoor training on your own and provide you with the added motivation of a coach. Both the Computrainer and group workouts will take place at the APTS facility in Custom Fit.

Running Training

Individualized programs are provided to individuals who are training for their first 10k, or seasoned athletes looking to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Our popular weekly track sessions have helped many people achieve their goals of completing their first race or taking home a medal, INJURY-FREE! Fitness testing and weekly individualized training sessions are tailored to your racing goals and twice weekly group workouts are provided to ensure ample interaction with other athletes and your coach.

Payment Policy

Preferred Option: Aerobic Power uses Electronic Funds Transfer in order to collect athlete’s monthly payments. A void cheque will be required when registering for any Aerobic Power training programs. Print out the registration form (.pdf)

Option 2: Three Post Dated Cheques upon initial registration and then the maintenance of three post dated cheques.

A charge of $25.00 will be applied for NSF payments charged to the current month’s fees.

Notice must be given by the 25th of the current month in order for any price adjustments or cancellations to be made for the next month program registration.
