Check out our huge range of programs for the athlete who is either just looking at a year to maintain some fitness and maybe sharpen their skills, all the way up to the elites requiring daily multiple workouts.

Nutrition Package

Maximize your gains in training with a Nutrition Assessment & Individual Eating Plan!

Offered by Revive Wellness, the base Nutrition Package is $157.50 and consists of a meeting with our Registered Dietitian to get a sport-focused nutrition and health assessment. Based on your information, an individualized nutrition plan will be developed that includes the following:

  • A personalized meal plan framework based on your body’s nutrient needs and training program,
  • Meal and snack ideas to get you started,
  • Summary of your individual nutrition and hydration needs pre, post and during exercise, and
  • A better understanding of how proper nutrition can maximize your training performance.

To make this a more convenient and effective option, Gold and Silver athletes can pay $26.25 over six months but can make use of this great information as soon as they start their training program. The special pricing is also available to Bronze athletes, but the amount must be paid in full at the commencement of training.

  • Plans out your race day nutrition plan hour by our to ensure you are meeting your nutrition and hydration needs

Follow-up Packages:
  • Allows for on-going teaching opportunity and modification of your nutrition plan throughout the training session
  • Can be done individual or with a small group
  • Individual (face to face, phone and email support)

  • Group of 3 - 4 people
$26.25 per 45 min session per person
Grocery Shopping Tour
  • Learn how to navigate your way through the grocery store
  • Can be done individual or in group of 6 people

$ 105 for first hour and

$68.25 every hour after

 




















Payment Policy

Preferred Option: Aerobic Power uses Electronic Funds Transfer in order to collect athlete’s monthly payments. A void cheque will be required when registering for any Aerobic Power training programs. Print out the registration form (.pdf)

Option 2: Three Post Dated Cheques upon initial registration and then the maintenance of three post dated cheques.

A charge of $25.00 will be applied for NSF payments charged to the current month’s fees.

Notice must be given by the 25th of the current month in order for any price adjustments or cancellations to be made for the next month program registration.
